Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within New Zealand only using tracked courier delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size.

Estimated delivery times:

Urban areas: 2–4 business days

Rural areas: 3–7 business days

(Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep (or dog’s bed 🐶).

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order.
We’re unable to change addresses once an order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Pooch N Stuff is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to courier or postal service issues.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us and we’ll help track it down.

Pre-Orders or Delayed Items

If an item is on pre-order or out of stock, we’ll let you know the estimated shipping date before processing your order.
