Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order if:

It’s unused, unworn, and in original condition

It’s returned in the original packaging

It’s free of pet hair, marks, or odours

To start a return, please email us at shop@poochnstuff.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved.
